Recalibrate Retreat
A two-day, in-person retreat for professionals ready to rebuild their operating system for an amazing life.
Not another conference. Not another burnout talk that ends in “self-care.” A working retreat that hands you the identity, the diagnostics, and the 90-day plan to actually change how you work and live.
“You didn't burn out from lack of effort.
You burned out because nobody gave you a system.”
The FBI's Virtual Case File system was killed after three years and $170 million — zero usable lines of code. Its replacement, Sentinel, shipped fast, with a smaller team and no more hours in the day.
What changed wasn't the people or their talent. It was the system they worked inside.
Unclear priorities, endless handoffs, half-finished starts that feel like progress but aren't. 20 things “in progress,” 2 things “done.” Busy every day, behind every single week.
You didn't get here from lack of discipline. You got here because no one ever taught you a better operating system for your life — until now.
Two Days. Eight Working Sessions.
Hands-on working sessions designed to diagnose where your energy leaks, clarify your identity, and build your 90-day operating system.
1. Identity
Before you fix how you work, get clear on who you're trying to become. You'll leave with your own Clarity Chart: the three words that define your best self, the three words that define how you show up with the people you lead and love, and your “big why.” Every recurring guilt (the client you turn away, the commitment you keep postponing) gets reframed as a systems problem, not a character flaw.
2. Energy Mastery
A real audit of what is draining you and what fuels you. You'll identify what gives you energy, lock it into your calendar, and pinpoint what causes unnecessary stress. Walk out with your own energy audit and a recharge toolkit you can use between meetings to get more done with less stress and greater ease.
3. Defining Your Backlog
The unprioritized to-do list in your head isn't a plan — it's anxiety with bullet points. You'll build a real, ranked backlog of everything competing for your time, then force-rank your top 3. Prioritize what matters most so your time creates a bigger impact. Everything else waits, on purpose.
4. Define Happy
225 studies, 250,000+ people, one conclusion: happiness precedes good outcomes, not the reverse. You'll leave with your own answers to the questions that set the tone for every day — what a great morning looks like, your daily release of tension, and what you actually do with your recurring problem instead of carrying it.
This isn't a to-do list.
It's a charged life.
Specific goals, not vague ambition
“Someday” isn't a goal you can sprint toward. You need hard clarity on what truly matters right now.
Sprints, not one long grind
Short, focused bursts beat one exhausting six-month push, every single time.
Less noise pulling at you
Distraction and self-doubt are waste, same category as an overloaded to-do list. Cut both.
“That's what eight working sessions, over two days, build into a plan you actually run for the next 90.”
Professionals tired of white-knuckling their way through busy.
Not because you lack effort, but because no one ever handed you a system. If you're clear on your calendar but unclear on your life, this retreat is built for you.
